This seminar is for human resources managers and other executives who want to push diversity deeper into their organizations as a strategic objective. Participants will learn how to raise the profile of diversity in their organizations and how to tie it to the bottom line. Effective use of diversity councils and affinity groups will be covered. Each participant will leave with an action plan built around individualized coaching. The co-facilitators have nearly 50 years combined experience working with Fortune 1000 companies on this issue and have led diversity initiatives that have earned companies Top 50 status.
Registration fees cover continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments. Participants must cover their own hotel room charges and parking, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy
Payment of the full tuition is required to confirm a place in the seminar. Cancellation requests received more than four weeks prior to the seminar will result in a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received 14-28 days prior to the seminar will result in a refund of 50 percent of tuition. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received less than two weeks before the seminar. If you are unable to attend, we urge you to find someone who can go in your place. There is no penalty for sending a replacement participant.
